Conference Theme: Combining the Art of Social Changes towards Smart Bangladesh

Call for Paper

It is our immense pleasure to inform you that Rabindra University, Bangladesh is going to organize an “International Conference on the Art of Social Changes (ICASC 2023)” on June 15-17, 2023. The theme of the conference is “Combining the Art of Social Changes towards Smart Bangladesh”. This conference aims at bringing academics and professionals to a conjoint platform for developing strategies to face the upcoming challenges for humanity, society, culture and global business to navigate the road to Smart Bangladesh. The conference will create enormous scopes to exchange views and experiences, share creative ideas, foster innovations and build research and development networks among various research scholars, academicians and practitioners.

Prospective authors and young scholars are invited to submit their full (original) research papers, cases, and working papers within the broad scope of this conference as in the following areas but not limited to:

ICT and Social Issues; Road to Smart Bangladesh; Prospects and Challenges of Smart Bangladesh; Digital Bangladesh to Smart Bangladesh; Bottomless Basket to Smart Bangladesh; Sonar Bangla and Smart Bangladesh; 4IR and Smart Bangladesh.

Guidelines for Authors

All submitted papers or cases must be original and previously unpublished and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors must follow the rules and formatting of the conference and subject to both review and editing. The conference committee reserves the right to publish any paper in the conference.

Authors are requested to submit the abstract and full paper or case (.doc or .docs) including results, tables, figures and references through conference@rub.ac.bd The paper should be less than 25 pages with 1.5 line spacing, Times New Roman in 12 Font size on A4 size page with 1 inch margin in all sides, and APA 7th edition as the reference style. In the case of Bangla, Font style will be Sutonny MJ, Font size 14 with line spacing 1.5.

Each abstract should not exceed 350 words including title, author lists with affiliations, keywords, research problems, objectives, methodology, expected findings, and probable policy recommendations. A short-bio and profile photo of all authors must be added in the abstract.

Accepted papers will be allowed to present in the conference for 8-10 minutes including question-answering session. Multimedia projector will be facilitated for the presenters.

Publication Opportunity

• Abstracts of the accepted papers and cases will be published in the conference proceedings.
